Well, it’s been a while; but I’ve moved to a new domain. All previous posts will remain at my previous Blog, http://jefulks.blogspot.com/ .

Any-who, onward to new endeavours.

So, recent news. I have been taking a drawing class this semester which has been a strikingly new experience for myself. Art has always been a fun experience for me, and I love creating! However, drawing has long been a weakness on my part; therefore, I am not able to facilitate my expressive self through this medium easily. We are about half way through the semester, and thus far it has been difficult. I haven’t been performing terribly, however I am more developing the mechanical and technical ability and have not focused on the creative or expressive element.

We did, however, create still lives in a ‘Joseph Cornell’ fashion. Being that I adore Cornell, I had a BLAST making my box. I will post pictures of my projects once they are returned to me. You can also keep up with my work at http://mystq3.deviantart.com/ where I have previous works, and will be keeping new works, hoping to chronicle my maturing artistic ability until I one day have a site of my own (and hopefully make some money off of it!)

Aside from art, other recent news includes a Modest Mouse concert last Wednesday!! Modest Mouse played, being opened by the Mimiking Birds (the place had a name with adjectives and animals). The amazing Alyssa D invited me to go to the Disco Rodeo along with Zach, Toni, and Little Big Alyssa (Kim, who, despite being younger than Alyssa, could pas as her elder) and enjoy the most wonderful melody ever! The concert started at 9pm, and we were inside well into the next day, and despite some intense heat issues, it was pretty much the best thing ever!! That’s all I have for now! The rest of my week looks pretty eventful. I will try and post more soon, particularly some of my awful, awful drawings.
